2011 Annual Renewal is complete!
If you did not renew your certification by October 31, 2011 then your status is inactive. You cannot run any evidentiary tests until you regain your certification.
Remember that all breath test operators are required to check the temperature of the simulator before conducting a breath test.
A 15 minute waiting period must be conducted by a certified operator prior to conducting a breath test on a subject. During this waiting period, the certified operator must remain in the presence of the subject and must exercise reasonable care to ensure the subject does not place anything into their mouth.
